Jangan ketipu ma diploma n masters n phd... n jangan ketipu juga ma yg lihai n pinter ngomong krn udah saking keseringannya diinterview...

Cari yg polos, jujur, tp cerdas n tangkas... yg quick n gesit gitu... jd lo gak buang2 waktu n energi training org yg useless... kalo dpt yg toph kan enakkkk gak pusing n gak usah pecat2 n cari org2 baru... hehehehe... cari yg kayak gw kali ye... hihihihihi... tp jgn utk diserongin lo! Awas lo gw samperin n gw sembelih lo! Eh tp kan gak cari cw ye... hehehehe... kalo cari cowo, ya cari yg karakter orgnya tegas n work attitudenya gampang dibentuk... yg flexible... hehehehe

Jangan ketipu ma resume... resume bisa dibuatin org... omongan bisa dipelajari... n diploma bisa dipalsuin... hehehhee... when u interview someone, try to find out who they really are deep down, and what they are capable of... their talents... Mungkin buat elo bagusnya yg suka ambil risks kali ye... yg live on the edge (but not too crazy)... yg gak takut langkah... cari yg ADVENTUROUS... but not adventurous with the company's money... hehehe... ntar masuk kantong repot...

But I know u have good instincts when it comes to things like these... so... I'm sure u will pick out the best...
